A balanced practice of awareness, breath, movement, deep relaxation and meditation nurtures the tools we need to face life's changes and challenges. You will be guided through a safe, strong and structured practice while you are encouraged to listen within to find your own freedom and be mindful of your limitations. Your work is to find a practice that is steady and comfortable for you. This hatha yoga class is based on Beth's trainings at the Integral Yoga Institute.
